There is no contention that life has been hard for all of us since COVID-19 spread throughout the world. Each one of us, no matter where we are and our background is, life has never been the same as we try to navigate life during these times. But it is only when it’s the darkness, do we see the shining lights all around us. We can see how strong we are and we can see how strong the bond of our community is. Like a lot of companies, Infobuilder has gone through a lot of struggles and changes when all of this started. This is why we have a lot of things and people to be thankful for this year.

            So as we approach the holidays season, allow us to express our utmost gratitude for the four shining lights that really made our year:

1. Our Clients

   We wouldn’t be where we are today—still standing and adapting to changes—without the continuous trust of our clients. Some of which had been with us years even before the pandemic started. New and existing, we are thankful for each client who gave us their confidence in taking care of their document management system.

   We became more keen with allocating our financial resources this pandemic so thank you to all our clients for believing and seeing how much they saved when they chose to go paperless and digitize through Infobuilder’s products and services.
   
   
2. Our New Hires

   We are one of the lucky companies this year who didn’t have to lay-off and say goodbye to anyone in our family. Instead, because of the opportunities presented to us, we were able to continue hiring and adding additional team members to our growing family. Our reliable products and services are only possible with each and everyone in our company.

   From the Developers to the Human Resources, from the admin to the accounting team, from the marketing team to our scanning services team, we are so blessed to be working with the most talented people in the industry who not only work on our products and services, but take them to the next level. We continue to challenge each other, as we always want to present products and services that we are 3000% sure that our clients can rely on to help streamline workflows and scale business-critical processes.

3. Our New Normal

   For years before the pandemic, we have been promoting the benefits of going paperless because we believe in the benefits that come with it. This year, we had the opportunity to make the initiative of converting our entire company processes into a digital workspace. The first step has been to take all of our communication and systems online through the use of digital tools. Collaboration techniques were conjured by our project manager. Simultaneously, our Human Resources department also came up with more ways to hire and interview people in a fully digital process.

   Now, as we move to the new year. Infobuilder is taking it one step further. Aside from our efforts of moving our accounting and financial processes online, we are moving our physical office. This is to adapt to our current digital setup where a spacious office is now rendered moot. In our goal of converting to a 100% digital workspace, this is a huge step for us and something that we are so grateful for.

4. Our Family

   We are blessed to have ITI as our family when we’re working and trying to make an impact in saving our environment. But of course, we will never forget our family who has been nothing but supportive in our work. Our nanays and tatays who still prepare breakfast for us even if we’re grown adults, just so we can have a full stomach before work. Our kuyas and ates who make working from home so much bearable with their antics, games, etc. Our lolos and lolas, titos and titas, pamangkins, who we now see more often thanks to the opportunity to work while in the comfort and safety of our homes.

   Because of ITI’s ability to switch to the work from home setup, it enabled us to have more time with our family. Now, we not only get to see them more, we get to be involved in their lives and be there during the big and even mundane moments.

Infobuilder understands the value of family and its importance to each and everyone of us. Whether it be your chosen or biological family, we know that most often they are the reason why we keep on going, why we’re working so hard, and why we smile despite everything that’s going on around us.

Over the course of the year, it was easy to get caught up in the moment and lose perspective on the things that are most important to each of us. So we thought it’s the perfect time to reflect and give thanks for what made our year better. Here at Infobuilder, we are most thankful for our clients, our co-workers, our new normal, and our family. Our year wouldn’t have been filled with smiles and new opportunities to grow and expand, without you in it.
